MHSAA

Web Design & Development

The MHSAA is a non-profit corporation that develops common rules for athletic eligibility and competition. Gravity Works has provided an administrative interface to control a database of over 106,000 registered users, to manage all aspects of state tournaments, score reporting, and other associated tasks to keep high school sports running smoothly in Michigan.

Within this back-office software, Gravity Works has developed and integrated various tools. School Administrators can update their team's schedules and school information, while registered public users can report game scores, creating an always-current source for state high school sports information.

Mobile Design & Development

Gravity Works delivered multiple mobile solution to meet different goals and constraints of mobile device users: a mobile website, and a mobile application.

Driving to the “big game” and searching for contact information or latest scores on a small touch screen, mobile web users are detected and redirected to a custom landing page with mobile-specific design and navigation methods.

Next, our team built and launched a custom mobile application to follow Michigan high school athletic teams, report scores, and receive news in real time. This cross-browser application (Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, and Windows 7) is currently available in the App Store for iPhone and Marketplace for Android.
