Our team built a cross-platform application for Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network—available for Android and iPhone—connecting people to the resources they need when disaster strikes. Even when clients are thinking about their damaged wedding dress, even when agents are on their way to another important meeting, and even when contractors are out on another job.
Users can coordinate resources with real-time information, and they use the application to submit claims, check claim status, and upload photographs of textile damage. CRDN helps families put the pieces back together, and Gravity Works designed, developed, and launched the mobile application to support this work.
In the spring of 2018, we worked with CRDN on a new project to redesign their public-facing website. The main goal of the site is to encourage policy holders, insurance adjusters, and contractors to partner with CRDN after a home disaster. The site provides valuable information about their process and includes an interactive, animated house to help users visualize the large breadth of home products that can be restored.
